Within 30 days of registering, come into the Synergy Wellness office for your official Baseline weigh-in on our ShapeScale 3D scanner. This starts your personal 12-week clock.

Compete & Engage
Lose weight the healthy way, use Synergy services to earn engagement points, and check your standings on the live leaderboard.

Midpoint Check-In
At 3 weeks, come in for your Midpoint weigh-in to track progress. This is informational — it does not determine your final score.

Closing Weigh-In & Win
At 12 weeks, your final ShapeScale scan determines your composite score — all 7 body composition metrics combined. Top 3 in each division take home the cash.

Rankings are driven by real body composition data from ShapeScale — fat lost, muscle preserved, and services used. The healthiest transformation wins.
Composite ShapeScale Score — All 7 Metrics
Rankings are based entirely on ShapeScale body composition data — fat mass lost, body fat % dropped, lean mass change, visceral fat lost, BMR improvement, LMI change, and BMI reduction. Every metric from every scan contributes. Simply losing the most scale weight doesn't win.
Fat Loss Is the Primary Driver
Fat mass % lost earns the most points (40 per 1%), followed by body fat % reduction (30 per 1pp). Losing actual fat — not just water weight or muscle — is what moves you up the leaderboard.
Lean Mass Retention Is Rewarded
Preserving or building muscle while losing fat earns you points (25 per 1% lean mass gained). Losing muscle costs points. This rewards healthy, sustainable body transformation and discourages crash dieting.
Engagement Points Are a Separate Contest
Engagement points reward Synergy service usage — but they have zero effect on your composite score or division ranking. Non-Synergy clients and Synergy clients compete on exactly equal footing for the cash prizes.
Full ShapeScale Scan Required at Every Weigh-In
Staff records all 8 ShapeScale metrics at every official weigh-in: total weight, fat mass, lean mass, body fat %, BMI, BMR, LMI, and visceral fat mass. All data points must be captured — no partial entries count toward scoring.
3 Divisions — 3 Sets of Winners
Men's and Women's each have their own separate cash prize pool (50/30/20 split) and never compete against each other for money. The Wellness Track (Open, $50) has no cash prize pool — but the top composite score wins 1 Month Unlimited Holistic Therapies ($250 value).
